Metro United announces Club Strategic Consultant for 2020-2021 season

Good Morning Everyone,

Over the last several months, we began discussions with a notable advocate in the women’s game. As those conversations evolved, it became clear that this individual aligned with our values and club culture. Understanding one of our objectives is to continue to develop a high-quality and unique player experience, we knew we needed to bring her on board.

“Having a forward-thinking leader with over two decades of experience in the women’s game ranging from youth to professional ranks as well as coach education, operational excellence and best practices has proven an invaluable resource as we have recently had to pivot due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic as well as sourcing a replacement competition platform for our club to compete in,” – George Hales, Academy Director

“Metro United is thrilled to have Ashlee on board. Her wealth of experience, passion for the game and vision for the club aligns perfectly with Metro’s core values. Ashlee’s unique and unparalleled qualifications will help drive our Club forward as we strive to provide the best possible environment for our players on a daily basis.” – Spencer Henderson, Technical Director

When you come across people in the youth game that are truly doing things the right way for the right reasons, you want to be involved.
